The Rangers took a 1-0 lead in this series yesterday with the majestic performance from J. Montgomery (6.1 IP, 0 ER & 6 Ks). This afternoon it will be N. Eovaldi versus F. Valdez, Eovaldi has been money in two postseason starts versus the Rays and O's. Valdez didn't pitch well in his start versus the Twins and wasn't great in his last couple of starts at the end of the season. With the way the Rangers are rolling, I will gladly continue to back them at plus money.

The Cowboys visit the Chargers tonight in what should be an exciting MNF game. The Cowboys come into this game at 3-2 but lets be honest here, their 3 wins aren't versus impressive teams, one is versus the 1-5 Giants, another versus the 1-5 Pats and the other is versus the 3-3 Jets but it was in Z. Wilson's first start in which he looked terrible. They lost to a bad Cardinals team on the road and go lambasted by the 49ers last weekend. The Chargers have won 2 straight and have been playing better since they started the season with losses to the Dolphins and Titans. A. Ekeler will be suiting up tonight for the Chargers and will be a difference maker in this game.

The Yotes are at MSG to face the Rangers tonight, the Rangers will play their home opener as they played their first 2 games on the road. They looked good versus the Sabres in a 5-1 victory and not so great the next game versus the Blue Jackets in a 5-3 loss. The Yotes surprised the Devils in their first game of the season in a 4-3 victory, this team will be much better than most think this season with the young talent they have on this roster and this is the type of game where they will perform well. I like them to keep this game close if not even win straight up.
