The Wild are in Detroit today to face the Red Wings, the Wild come into this game looking to snap a 6 game losing skid while the Red Wings are winners of 2 straight versus quality teams in the Devils and Bruins. The starting goalies are already confirmed in F. Gustavsson and A. Lyon, the 30 year journeyman Lyon has been excellent for the Wings in 4 starts this season with a 1.53 GAA and .933 save percentage. There is no real specific reason why the Wild have lost 6 straight, as outside 2 of those 6 losses that were blowouts the other 4 were tight games. Unfortunately for them, today they play a team that is riding high and I will back the Wings at even on home ice.

The Bucs are in Indy to face the Colts this afternoon, the Bucs are losers of 3 of their last 4 games straight up but have been ATS machines covering their last 4 games. With the Bucs run defense being so stout, the Colts will have to be one dimensional to win this game, meaning G. Minshew will have to air it out often and I don't think that is a great thing for Colts backers. With his pass attempts total set at 35.5, Vegas is telling us he will be slinging it all day. I think B. Mayfield will be able to utilize his offensive weapons surprise the Colts at home.

Cleveland Browns +108

The Browns visit the Broncos tonight, I honestly can believe the Broncos have won 4 straight but they have and sit at 5-5 and a possible playoff spot. The Broncos have been winning games ugly, 3 of their 4 wins have been by one or two points. R. Wilson doesn't push the ball down field, everything is dink and dunk around the line of scrimmage or 10-15 yard outs at most. The Browns have a decent defense that I feel that will be able to put pressure on Wilson all day. The injury to D. Watson has proven to not hut the Browns offense just yet, this is a game the Browns will win straight up on the road.
