Val’s Big Payday Parlay January 28th 2023

Val

Another 2-1 night as we miss the parlay by a game, the Stars came hot taking the 2-0 after the 1st period but didn't put another puck in the net for the rest of the game and proceeded to lose 3-2 in OT to the Devils. We're back at it again today with a nice parlay that pays over 6 times.

Boston Bruins -155

The Bruins are in Florida to face the Panthers tonight, we haven’t been able to say this often this season but the Bruins are actually coming off a loss to the Lightning on Thursday in a tight game that finished 3-2. The Panthers come into this game having lost three straight and like most of the season their losses are mainly due to bad goaltending. They’ve given up 17 goals in the last three and that doesn’t bold well versus an offensive team like the Bruins. The Bruins have totally dominated the Panthers over the years winning 19 of the last 28 meetings in Florida and 36 of the last 51 meetings overall. I like the Bruins to get back on the winning track versus the Panthers tonight.

Buffalo Sabres +157

A very good road team in the Sabres visits a good home team in the Wild tonight in Minnesota. The Sabres have made me pay a price of late going against them in two of their last three games and preventing me from hitting a parlay both times. They beat the Stars and Jets where they looked very solid from puck drop. Tonight they face the Wild whom they’ve had a lot success against which is very surprising considering how bad they’ve been over the last decade. The Sabres have won 5 of the last 6 meetings overall as well as 4 of the last 5 meetings in Minnesota. Let’s hope the Sabres don’t let us down here after going against them the last two times.

Portland Trailblazers -190

Tonight is game 3 of the Raptors seven game road trip and they’re on a B2B after losing 129-117 to the Warriors last night. This will also be their third game in four nights which is never easy in the NBA. The Raptors came back down to reality after beating the Kings in game one of this trip by yet losing another game on the road dropping their road record to 7-16 on the season. Things don’t get easier tonight at the Moda Center as the Trailblazers offense in shooting lights out as of late scoring a combined 181 points over their last two games. I tired Raptors squad may find it very difficult to stop them tonight. I will back the Blazers to win straight up tonight.
