The Giants continue their series with the Mariners tonight when B. Snell faces G. Kirby on the mound. The Mariners needed a huge 8th inning last night to end their 3 game losing streak and keep their playoffs hopes alive. Tonight won't be an easy task to get a second win in a row as Snell continues to dominate with a 0.75 ERA in July and now a 1.27 ERA in August. Kirby hasn't been very good at all in August with a 6.75 ERA over three starts and he hasn't faced any special offensive teams in the Tigers and Pirates. The Giants have won 6 of Snell's last 8 starts while the Mariners have lost 7 of Kirby's last 9 starts and the Giants will win this game as Snell has clearly been in better form than Kirby.

SD Padres -1.5 +142 & NY Mets/SD Padres O7.5 +105

Yesterday we missed our parlay as we couldn't get a run out of the Mets as the game finished 7-0 for the Padres. Today we go back to the Padres and the over again when D. Peterson faces M. King on the mound. Both Peterson and King have been pitching well of late as the Mets have won three straight Peterson starts while the Padres have won five straight King starts. These starters are receiving a great amount of run support as 3 of the last 4 games have gone over the total for both. The Padres offense has been rolling for the last week and a half as they've scored 3 runs or more in 9 of their last 10 games. The Mets should be able to get a couple of runs or more on King as his home ERA is 3.71 this season. I like the Padres on the runline and the over here.
