The Twins and Rays play G2 of their 3 games series tonight when K. Maeda faces R. Pepiot on the mound. Maeda has been pretty much throwing batting practice in his 4 starts this season with an ERA of 7.64 and never pitching more than 6 innings is a start. 3 of his 4 starts have gone way over the total with 13, 16 & 13 runs scored. Pepiot was part of the package the Rays received from the Dodgers in the Glasnow trade, he has been up and down in his starts this season, bad start followed by a good, he’s on deck for a bad one tonight. What won’t help either starter behind the plate will be umpire B. Dreckman , the over is 5-0 in his games this season with the game averaging 13 runs per game. I like the over here tonight.

The Jays look to make it 2 straight versus the Royals tonight in KC. The Jays won the opener of this series last night 5-3. The Jays send K. Gausman to the mound to face M. Wacha, Gausman has his best start (1 ER in 5 IP) of the season his last time out versus the Yanks and looks to build off of that after a rough couple of starts to start the season. Wacha for the Royals has had 2 good starts but both were versus the White Sox which are the worst offensive team in the majors, versus other teams his ERA is 5.54. I like the Jays to get the job done versus Wacha and the Royals,

Tampa Bay Lightning +155

The Bolts and Panthers continue their first round playoff series tonight, the Bolts look to try and even up this series before making the short trip back home to Tampa. As expected G1 was tight as the Panthers scored early in the third period to take a 2-1 lead which eventually lead to a 3-2. These two teams are evenly matched talent wise and I feel this line is way too high for Florida considering that. Vasilevskiy has a history of bouncing back and playing super well after a playoff loss and I expect that from him tonight. I like the Bolts to bounce back at a nice price tonight.
