A new month is upon us, we hit 3 parlays during the month of March. Let's make April better!

St Louis Blues +128

The Blues are in Nashville to face the Predators this afternoon; the Blues continue to role offensively as they're up to 5 straight games of 4 goals or more scored. The Preds are a whole different story as they have soo many injuries to key players (Josi, Duchene, Forsberg & Johansen) that they can't put the puck in the net, they've scored 2 goals or less in 5 straight. The Blues have won 5 of the last 6 meetings between these two and this is a game between two non playoff teams so we should see an open game. I cannot see a situation were the Preds outscore the Blues the way both teams are currently playing, give me the Blues as a nice road dog.

Chicago Cubs +107

The Cubs and Brewers play game 2 of their 3 game series this afternoon, the Cubs won the opener 4-0 behind a strong pitching performance by M. Stroman. Today it will be B. Woodruff versus J. Steele on the mound, we all know how good Woodruff has been and can be but Steele really turned heads last season with an 11-13 record and 3.18 ERA on a bad Cubs team. I like the Cubs to surprise people this season as their lineup is better than people think and they have a solid pitching staff. Outside of Burnes and Woodruff, the Brewers pitching staff is average and their lineup is mediocre at best and will have trouble scoring runs on a regular basis, give me the home dog Cubs here.

Philadelphia Phillies -117

The Phillies and Rangers play game 2 of their series this afternoon. The Phillies A. Nola and bullpen didn't look great on opening day as they were lit up for a 9 run fourth inning and the Rangers never looked back in an 11-7 victory. The newly acquired G. Soto didn't record an out in his first appearance with his new team as he gave up 2 hits and 3 walks to the 5 batters he faced. There is no reason to get all stressed after one game especially since their bullpen is expected to be one of their strengths this season. The Phillies have Z. Wheeler on the mound and I like him to be able to neutralize the Rangers batters, I like the Phillies to even this series at a game a piece.
