PGA Mexico Open At Vidarta

The Mexico Open will be an official PGA Tour event for the second year in a row, with the Norman Signature at Nuevo Vallarta serving as the venue, originally designed by Greg Norman. The current course layout spans 7,456 yards of paspalum surface, playing as a par 71, and poses a challenge with its 106 bunkers and 14 water obstacles. While the fairways are spacious, the lack of rough will favor golfers with long drive ability. Notably, the course is situated approximately a mile inland from the Pacific Ocean, exposing players to potential winds.

The field is relatively weak, although we have the world number 1 and defending champion Jon Rahm participating. This could be a week to find some good longshot plays.
