We will add new sports and models as we build the app and make it more robust. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.

I will post my MLB. NFL and NHL models as often as possible.

Reading the model is very simple. We are looking for EVs of over 5% on sides and 8 to 10% on totals. Sportsbooks tend to inflate lines on big favorites. I love to take a big underdog in those spots if they have a good pitcher on the mount and the game is on home turf.

You should all play around with these and track them yourselves. See if you are seeing those with a significant edge losing often.

NHL BETTING MODEL FOR JAN 30, 2023

And we are back for another crazy week in the NHL. Wait... not really... we have one game tonight, 3 tomorrow, 2 on Wednesday, and then the NHL goes on vacation and back on February 6th.

I really love it when a sport takes some time off. I do the same and reset for the second half of the season.

In the model, I've added tomorrow's games also. I felt cheap just sharing 1 game. The Blues are showing close to 8% at +196. Coach Bowness ripped through the Jets after an effortless game against the Flyers 2 nights ago and we can expect the Jets to come out strong tonight after losing 3 straight. But will they? They are 2-4 in this last 6 barely scoring 2.5 GF/G. The Blues are 1-3 in their last 4 and allowing a league-leading 4.25 GA/G since Jan 17th. St Louis might be without Thomas tonight and they will be very thin at center ice with O'Reilly out until mid-February. The Jets are 5-0 in the last 5 meetings and the advantage in goaltending clearly goes to Winnipeg. I expect the Jets to win tonight with superior goaltending and this weak-ass Blues defense that can't stop a beach ball right now.
