Hey everyone! Sorry, I have not been posting nearly as much as I did in January, but I am finally through the busy part of my schedule. This past weekend I drove about 600 miles to play lacrosse games in Philadelphia, and now that the trip is over, I will be able to update with picks.

In honor of President's Day and my good friend JT Silver who found a way to bet on the upcoming Presidential Election Nominees, I want to provide this great site where it gives the odds of the upcoming election. I am providing this website to correlate how the presidential election is like placing a futures bet. I was hoping you could take a look and let me know what you think and what your picks will be.

College Basketball Picks:

#3 Kansas vs. #24 TCU: PK Game

A month ago, #14 TCU went into Kansas and manhandled the Jayhawks. TCU won 80-63 and handed Bill Self one of the worst losses in his storied coaching career. However, Kansas and TCU went in different directions following this game. Two games after beating Kansas, TCU's stud point guard, Mike Miles Jr., went down with a knee injury that initially seemed severe. However, there was no significant damage, and after a long three weeks for TCU, they got their stud back. Before the injury, TCU looked to be in control of the driver's seat in the Big 12, but following losses in the gauntlet of the Big 12, they took a back seat and hoped to get healthy. They did get healthy. On Saturday, they 100 pieced Oklahoma State and are finally returning to the team that beat Kansas a month ago. When Miles was out, TCU saw the emergence of Damian Baugh and Emmanuel Miller. Now at full strength, TCU is not a team to be messing with moving into the conference tournaments and March.

Similarly to TCU, Kansas has had a lot of ups and a lot of downs this season. On Saturday, Kansas was down 13 to Baylor at the half and won by 16. January was a rough month for the Jayhawks. They barely beat Iowa State at home, then dropped three straight to K-State, Baylor, and TCU. Immediately following this three game skid, they beat Kentucky at Rupp and have wins over K-State and Texas. Kansas has one of the complete teams in the nation, and they are worthy of the number 3 ranking. Jalen Wilson, Gradey Dick, lead this squad and also have help from Kevin McCullar and K.J. Adams. Having experience from last years national championship team and adding freshman stud in Gradey Dick, the Jayhawks are one of the most coveted teams entering March.

My take on the game. Vegas has set the line at a PK. Because the game is at TCU and that TCU already manhandles Kansas on the road, I will be all over TCU.
