RECAP:
Last night was an up-and-down night, but one that saw us win our FREEBIE NBA of the Day easily. Sweat-free from the Heat as they took down the Pacers. We went 2-2 on all four of our picks, including a heartbreaker in Golden State as there were a ton of points scored right at the end of the game. I went to sleep thinking we had the win, and the loss stung just a little bit.

Listen, when you think about both of these teams, you think under - and that’s what we’re seeing tonight as the Knicks travel to Canada to take on the Toronto Raptors. In a gritty, hard-fought game, I turn to Toronto to see what they have up their sleeve.

While the Knicks are coming off of a hard-fought battle against the Pistons (that’s an oxymoron), now they have to play one of the most bruising teams in the entire league, whose physicality has really started to take hold. The Raptors have been really solid at home, going 6-3, while they're 11-8 against the spread. The Knicks are also a positive ATS team, so this makes for an intriguing matchup. Plus, star players like Julius Randle are questionable for this game, and Jalen Brunson might have his patented let-down game.

But let’s turn to the Sharp App Pro Money Handles tool for some guidance. We’re seeing 66% of all bets come in on the side of the Knicks, and really, they should be - the Knicks are overall a more popular pick, despite being underdogs tonight. But the Raptors are seeing 96% of the money handles on this game, and they hold a percentage difference of 62% - something that we hardly ever see in the NBA, especially this late in the day.

And the Raptors have picked it up as of late. Despite having a crazy bad start, they have close losses to Cleveland, and then wins against Phoenix and Indiana over their past five games. They’re a surprising team with a whole lot of spunk.

The Knicks have been typical Knicks to begin the season, and on a back-to-back, I admit that they may be in for a huge letdown spot. The Raptors have a top-ten home defense in the league, and they don’t allow players to score at the beginning and ends of games - they’re ranked fifth during the first and fourth quarters of games. That’s impressive.

The kicker? Referee Lauren Holtkamp is in this game, and home teams are 9-2 ATS in games that she’s in charge of. Yeah, that’s all Toronto.

Let’s give it up for the 6 tonight by two points - I even like them up to -2.5. Sharp App AI has this game at -3, and I love it - take Toronto tonight.

PICK: Toronto Raptors -2
