I will post my MLB, NFL, and NHL models as often as possible.

Reading the model is very simple. We are looking for EVs of over 5% on sides and 8 to 10% on totals. Sportsbooks tend to inflate lines on big favorites. I love to take a big underdog in those spots if they have a good pitcher on the mount and if the game is on home turf.

You should all play around with these and track them yourselves. See if you are seeing those with a significant edge losing often.

NBA BETTING MODEL FOR DEC 19, 2022

First thing first, the Lakers played last night therefore keep an eye on that "injury" report. James played last night therefore he is high-risk tonight. Davis is out for at least a month. The AI has the Lakers at -4.5 which is very aggressive and my model has the Lakers at +3 while the line is +9.5. I didn't remove James from my projections however if he doesn't play, my line moves to +8 and closer to the current number and this can be an indication that James wont play.

OKC should be a popular pick tonight due to their recent success against Portland. The Thunder covered 7 of their last 10 games against Portland and won 7 SU previous 10 games. After losing 5 straight, the Thunder won and covered when hosting Memphis previous game as an 11 pts underdog without SGA. Welcome to the NBA. Both Thunder and Trail Blazers have important injuries and it's hard for me to support the Thunder without SGA. With all the injuries I would have a lean on the under which is 23-7 last 30 games between these two. Portant also has a clear edge offensively and can easily take over this game and pull away.
