Anthony P's CFL Model Aug 6, 2023
We will add new sports and models as we build the app and make it more robust. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.
This betting model is derived directly from a source that provides me with all the information for the Sharp Report which I trust implicitly. This model serves as a foundation for determining and handling game lines and totals. As with any model, it incorporates a statistical analysis of both teams, including factors such as injuries and home-field advantage. The distinctive advantage of this model is the inclusion of adjustments based on public perception and early market evaluation. However, it's important to note that this model doesn't accommodate last-minute adjustments. Therefore, for the most accurate and up-to-date advice, I encourage you to reach out to me directly on my Discord channel.

CFL BETTING MODEL FOR AUG 6, 2023

Montreal came out swinging in the fourth quarter yesterday to bag the game. Now, we're shifting our gaze to the Riders, who are perched at +2.5. The +3 would be as sweet as a peach, should it roll our way, but let's pump the brakes a tad. I'm not all in on the Riders just yet. Their next contenders? The Ottawa Redblacks, who are on the prowl for their second road win to square their record at .500. The Redblacks' road record this season stands at 1-2 SU. On the other end of the spectrum, we have the Saskatchewan Roughriders, champing at the bit for a win to break their 3-game losing streak. Things have been as rough as a cob for the Roughriders, who have dropped 11 of their last 14 regular season games overall. Let's roll out some stats: The RedBlacks are sitting at 1-4 ATS in their last 5 August games, but they've been strong on the road, racking up 7-3 ATS in their last 10 away games. The Roughriders, meanwhile, are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 home games and 0-3-1 ATS overall in their last 4 games. The RedBlacks' last 8 games have gone under 6-2, while the Roughriders' last 5 home games have gone over 4-1. And just as a cherry on top, the RedBlacks are 0-4 ATS in their last 4 meetings. The Saskatchewan Roughriders may be better than their recent 3-game slump suggests, but let's call a spade a spade—it hasn't been pretty. Despite ranking second in total offense, they're as starved for points as a gambler on a cold streak. The Ottawa Redblacks, in contrast, are playing like they mean business. With them leading the pack in both run offense and run defense, it's easy to back them on the road. Ottawa's got the potential to control the game on the ground and I reckon they're primed to snag their first win over Saskatchewan in over 3 years. I am not supporting the Riders tonight!
