Anthony P's CFL Model Aug 3, 2023
We will add new sports and models as we build the app and make it more robust. While our developers work on that, we want to give you as much information as possible via content and articles.
This betting model is derived directly from a source that provides me with all the information for the Sharp Report which I trust implicitly. This model serves as a foundation for determining and handling game lines and totals. As with any model, it incorporates a statistical analysis of both teams, including factors such as injuries and home-field advantage. The distinctive advantage of this model is the inclusion of adjustments based on public perception and early market evaluation. However, it's important to note that this model doesn't accommodate last-minute adjustments. Therefore, for the most accurate and up-to-date advice, I encourage you to reach out to me directly on my Discord channel.

CFL BETTING MODEL FOR AUG 3, 2023

Hey, football fanatics! Welcome to Week 9 of the Canadian Football League, and we've got a sizzler right out of the gate. The matchup of the BC Lions and Winnipeg Blue Bombers is shaping up to be a treasure trove of betting value. We're seeing a field goal difference between the book's raw projections and the line, which is as tempting as maple syrup on pancakes. The bookies had the smarts to dodge the key number 3, opening the line at -4, only to watch most of the handle come rolling in for the Bombers. No surprise there, these guys are fan-favourites! But this avalanche of bets had the bookies scrambling, pushing the line up to -6 by Tuesday night. On the gridiron, the BC Lions are roaring. They're gunning for their seventh win in eight games this Thursday, stepping onto the Bombers' turf with a 6-1 record fresh off a whopping 27-0 victory over Edmonton last Saturday. Adams Jr. might be MIA, but Evans is lighting it up, already throwing for 549 yards with three touchdowns and just a single pick. The man's on fire! In the other corner, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers are keen on capturing their sixth victory in eight games. But the odds and stats have been a mixed bag. The Lions are sporting a solid 4-0-1 ATS in their last 5 against the West, and a 5-1-1 ATS in their last 7 games overall. The Bombers, however, are trailing with a 0-4 ATS in their last 4 Thursday games. And when it comes to the Winnipeg turf, the Lions haven't exactly been kings, limping to a 1-5 ATS in their last 6 meetings in Winnipeg and an 8-22-1 ATS in their last 31 face-offs. Let's wind back to Week 3. The Lions showed the Bombers who's boss, trouncing them by 24 points. Now that's what I call a rumble! The Lions boast the CFL's best defense, giving up a meager 13.4 points per game on average, while their offense ranks third, clocking in at 26.0 points per game. They've managed to cover the spread in five of their last seven games overall. Even though they'll be the visitors this round, don't count the Lions out. They've got a real shot at continuing their reign over the Bombers with another win and cover. MODEL Bets: Lions +6Anthony's Play: Lions +6Good luck
