We have a battle of Pennsylvania tonight between the Pens and Flyers tonight. The Pens are off a bad home loss to the Sabres on Saturday while the Flyers finally snapped a 4 game losing streak with a home win versus the Flames. Even though the Flyers are enjoying a good season so far, they haven't been very good at home at only 9-7-2, the Pens have been decent themselves on the road at 9-7-3. The Pens have really been odd this season winning games versus some of the better teams (Bruins, Canes of late) in the league and then losing to teams like the Sabres and Sens. Right now the Flyers are in the upper echelon of teams as weird as it sounds, so I will back the Pens to get the win.

Dallas Stars/Minnesota Wild O6 -115

The Stars visit the Wild tonight, the Stars continue to struggle as their losing streak has reached 3 games. The one thing the Stars have done during this losing streak is score and give up a lot of goals. The Stars have actually gone over the total in 5 straight games. The Wild goaltending tandem of MA. Fleury and F. Gustavsson hasn't been any better as they've given 3+ goals in 6 straight games. Fleury is confirmed for the Wild and the Stars should confirm Wedgewood at some point today setting up the stage for the over in this game.

Boston Bruins +114

The Bruins are in Colorado to face the Avs at Ball arena. Both teams have been playing well of late winning 4 of their last 5 games. The Bruins are off an impressive 7-3 win over Tampa while the Avs were beat down at home by the Panthers 8-4 on Saturday. The Bruins will have a clear advantage in goal tonight no matter which of J. Swayman or L. Ullmark starts. Even though A. Georgiev has 21 wins on the season, his GAA is still 2.98 and has a sub .900 save percentage. The Bruins are a strong defensive club and will limit the Avs chances, leaving Georgiev to carry the load and he's proven that he can't carry this team on his own. It's rare we get the Bruins at plus money, so I will back them tonight.
