Dallas Stars Philadelphia Flyers U6 -111
The Stars start an east coast road trip with a visit to Philly tonight, the Stars are happy to have J. Oettinger back in the crease and he's played well since returning. The under has hit in 2 of the 3 starts since he returned and I expect that trend to continue moving forward. The Flyers on their end are returning from a 3 game when road trip where they went undefeated with wins over the Wild, Jets and Blues. They have confirmed S. Ersson in goal and he's been super sharp this season with 2.33 GAA when called upon. The sample size is not small for him as he's started 19 games. The under is the trend when these teams face each other as the under is 6-3-1 over the last 10 meetings and I like that trend to continue with Oettinger and Ersson playing so well.
Boston Bruins -1.5 +169
The Avs continue their east coast road trip with a game versus the Bruins tonight, so far so good for them as they're 2-1 with a game on tap versus the Flyers on Saturday. The Avs have confirmed A. Goergiev as their starter meaning he will appear in a 15th straight game which will be a career high for him. Outside of a shutout versus an injury plagued Knights team, Georgiev has given up 3 plus goals in 6 straight starts, which doesn't exude much confidence in the Avs' chances of winning this game. The Bruins do not lose often on home ice at 13-3-3 and I do not believe that Georgiev will play well enough to keep the Avs within 2 goals tonight.
NY Rangers -0.5 +115 (regulation)
The Rangers starts a west coast road trip tonight with a visit to Vegas to face the Golden Knights, the Rangers are off 2 straight wins and it looks like I. Shesterkin is in a good place again really playing well versus the Caps and Kraken in 2-1 & 5-2 wins. It's a completely different for the Knights as they're dealing with a plethora of injuries to key players like forwards J. Eichel, W. Carrier, W. Karlsson, defensemen S. Theodore, T. Bjornfot and goalie A. Hill. Those are all key contributors that can't easily be replaced, and it has shown with the Knights losing 6 of their last 10. The Knights have scored 2 or less goals in 7 of their last 10 and will have issues scoring on Shesterkin tonight, I like the Rangers in regulation.
